Complaint Review: Fleet Global Services/Warren Transportation

I am an Owner/Operator that was leased to this company for a very short time.I was told by David Warren to take a load to California at which was illeagal to pull because it was either over weight on the trailer axles and/or over Caliafornia bridge law!I refused to haul this load due the ticket I would get for doing so,at which David Warren told me that if I didnt take this load that he pull my lease!

So I told him that I was not going to violate the law,and he pulled my lease,and now refuses to pay all monies in the sum of $1556.49 to me for the loads that I hauled prior to this altercation!!This is a wrongful business practice upon his part,and would hope that he will come to see the light and pay me what is owed!!Now to further this,I am not the onlt person he owes money to,and David Warren has also passed bad cheks to severl people and other businesses!!
