Fleet rates Thomas G. Salazar ordered a truck with addittional accessries , received all but one item (tonuea cover) i have been chasing this matter for almost a year. now they say the sold the car to me long ago Los Angeles, California
i have order for a Toyota Tundra truck from USA through fleetrats. during that i have requested fleetrats if its possible for them to install additianl accessreie on the truck befor shipment to my country. they agreed and i paid the additional cost for the parts. when i recieved the truck i had all what i asked for a part from 2 items
1) tonneau cover
2) orignal mats
i reporeted this to Mr Thomas he promised to resolve this issue even if he had to pay for them out of his pocket .
from Sep 2009 up to date with my repeated email and intrernational calls, i had nothing from them, last week the say they can do nothing.the cost of t cover paid for was $1550
