Very poor company; employees are treated very poorly, part time mileage, (1800 miles /week on average) horrible benefits,($2500 deductible for single), equipment is unsafe, slow, (single screw axles). Do not count on getting the so called bonus; its very arbitrary on who gets it and how much. Employees are charged for all kinds of things that the company should pay for; wage claims need to be filed to reclaim salery. Terminals have little to no amenities for the drivers. Most do not even have bathrooms, or a lounge for the drivers.

I was terminated August 28, 2017 for telling another employee about the horrible benefits the company has; apperntly a persons 1st Amendment Rights means nothing. Also the what I posted online, my 1st Amendment Right, Pissed them off, I am filling for unemployment and I will keep everyone informed.
I would like to know if my rights have been violated and if i have a recourse?K
