Fleetwood Homes does not stand behind their 2 year warranty. If they do "Fix" anything at all, it is "rigged" and not done properly. 2 yrs and falling apart!! the business that doesnt give a dam about thier customer once they have your money Memphis Tennessee Tennessee
My kids and I have been through complete hell with the Fleetwood home I purchased in August of 2001. The company has a 2 year warrantly and when contractors are sent out they do not fix any problems correctly. '
My kids and I had to live in a motel 4 months last year due to heavy flooding. They have replaced the walls and floor twice and now my kitchen floor is caving in, and I have mold in my walls. We are all sick all the time. I have hired an attorney which I could not afford to do. You can actually feel the floor shifting in the kitchen, living room and bathroom when you walk across it, and we also have to listen to loud "haunted house type" creeking sounds 24 hours a day.
IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING PURCHASING A MOBILE HOME, IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST NOT TO PURCHASE ONE FROM FLEETWOOD. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DO NOT GIVE A d**n ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
