We bought a NEW FLEETWOOD MOBLE HOME and 6 months later we had all kind of defects and problems, from roof leaking and ceiling panels sagging, water filled and stained. Doorknobs tore up, faucets defected. We went to RONNIE SMITH MOBILE HOME SALES (where we bought it), several times with no luck. Went to ALABAMA MOBILE HOME COMMISSION with some help there, but still no luck.

We got in touch with FLEETWOOD MANUFACTURER - they sent several people out 3 YEARS later to fix problems. They just fixed doorknobs and other small problems with sloppy work and did not fix stained and sagging ceiling panels (some with holes in them from water damage). Now they say they are not going to fix ceiling panels at all.

We have been through all channels, including lawyer and no one knows how to solve our problem. We would not recommend a Fleetwood mobile home to anyone. Also, would not recommend buying mobile home from Ronnie Smith Mobile Home Sales because he shut down all his lots, and now is nowhere to be found. He has no bond money left.

Stuck with lemon mobile home.
