I bought a 1970 Mach 1 represented by the video Tony Flemings starred in himself. He made all of the BS remarks about how the car was restored to SHOW QUALITY. All new lights/ trim, etc. How many lies can a person make and sleep at night? He gave an appraisal that was never seen by the alledged appraiser, or he has him on his bank account??
DO NOT buy from Flemings!!! Do not fall for the false advertising. These cars are restored by amatures. The car I bought stated Restored to Show Quality on the appraisal. I drove it 2 times and IT BROKE DOWN. I didnt put 15 miles on the darn car. I then had an inspection and appraisal done. The value was not even close to Flemings. Several parts in the rear frame were NOT welded together. UNSAFE I think so. The passenger door did not even unlock.
I tried to return the car and get the 66 mustang I traded in back. Empty promises. Flemings says he will charge a 15% RESTOCKING fee...........huh?
I even said I would take the loss and give 7% lesser value than sale price. I just wanted to return the unsafe car that broke down. NO NO NO. "that is our standard policy" what policy? There is nothing I have seen in writing on 15% restocking?
BAD Business and Unethical Practice. This is just step 1. I will obviously have to go a MUCH different plan now.

Just go off the phone with Matt, the supposed profession business man. After seeing I have exercised my right to voice my opinion here on Rippoff. Matt was IRRATE. He withdrew his agreement, and Tony Flemings agreement to buy this car back. He also threatened me with contacting my employer with a complaint. What complaint? You sold me a misrepresented car and I posted my interaction with your company? What kind of professional would do that? I'll tell you. Desperate ones! A normal person knows this has abosolutely nothing to do with ANYONES work.
Check with your state laws on tape recording conversations by phone. I love my state. Only one one party needs to know here.
I'll be glad to go to court for this one. Finally someone will do justice to this company. If anyone else would like to join in feel free to contact me.
You have to laugh at there rebuttal and comments. Race track? Yeah ok. 15 miles 35-40mph and broken down.

I have spoken with Matt, manager, and Tony himself. They told me 15% is standard buy back. The car was never inspected for safety after restored. I was told the appraisal at $40K may not include mechanical value?? How can a car be appraised for value if it was constructed improperly?? The appraiser is BS. I had safety checks and a true appraisal with photos of all the imperfections, minor & Major. I was told "let us bring the car in and fix what's wrong", why would I do that? I have already developed trust issued with your company. I didn't pay $35K for an unsafe vehicle. Flemings misrepresented the car. They threw there purchase "as-is" out very loosey.
Now I loose out alot of $$ because I can't get my 66 mustang back and have to pay 15% restocking fee. What a scam!. A group of us all do need to file a major law suit against the company.
I am in the works with MD AG Consumer Protection Division and MD MDV Fraud also. I may even go as far as contacting Washington Post, the newspaper for the surrounding area.
As it stands, the manager Matt, Tonly Flemings, and even now the salesman have verified that Flemings will take the vehicle back at a 15%. I'm still waiting. It has been a few days now. Iwas also told they will reimburse al my tow fees, 3 tows, because it broke down after driving it @15 miles. We'll see if that happens.
They need to get this car, give me my money back and reimbursements so I can move on. If they keep their word, I'll let all know.

If you choose to drive these cars hard, your going to have to do the maintenance to keep them up. We offered to get the car checked over and repaired in his home state. However his shop wont tell us whats wrong because they know the customer abused it and they don't want to get in the middle.
Keep in mind this guy is a state trooper and we all know why people become cops anyway, to drive fast, legally.

Tony flemings pulled the same crap with me and sold me a bike that he him self on video and in description said never raced therefor like new. When I talked to him on the phone before purchase Tony Flemings told me bike was perfect and didn't have a scratch. Well when the bike arrived at my house it had obviously been smashed. I called Tony and told him bike was crashed and I did not want It. He said he did not think It was a big deal and I should just ride it which was impossible because he did not ship keys or title. After weeks of calling leaving messages chasing him down I finally got him on the phone he pulled the same nonsense with me but Tony Flemings himself told me 20% restocking fee. We should all team up and take legal action? Let's stop this crook so he can't screw anyone else. He can only screw over so many people till he screws the wrong one!!!! That will stand up for truth justice and the AMERICAN way!!! P.S. File a report with the Attorney general....
