I recently bought a car from Flemings Ultimate Garage in Rockville,MD. and feel the need to worn others of dealings you my find trying to deal with these CROOKS. I was working long hours at work and could not find time to travel to Maryland to look at the car in person(BIG MISTAKE). I took the word of the salesman, and the pictures and video of the car looked good. After talking several times with the salesman about the condition of the car and the discriptions on the website I bought the car. When the car arrived I was not happy to see that the transmission had leaked fluid on the car haulers floor. Walking around the car brought more disappointment, the mirror like paint job that was promised was not to be. The paint looked good from 20 feet, but up close, not so good.

Most of the glass and trim are pitted and scratched from the buffer used to polish the paint. The weather sripping is dry rotted or missing. The interior is not to bad, except for missing trim around inside of back glass and loose sail panels that kind of flap in the breeze. The shifter is for a powerglide tranny, but the car has a turbo 350, which means Iam only using two gears. The chassis has two holes rusted thru and were patched with steelwool and bondo. The front fenders had holes that had been filled with expandable foam and bondo that could be seen when doors were opened. The front disc brakes that were advertised, turned out to be drums. The posi-traction 12 bolt rearend advertised, nope, peg leg. The speedometer does not work, turn signals work when they want to, reverse lights, nope. I called to see if I could get my money back, NO! AS IS. Did get back 2,000.00 WOW

Unfortunately we passed along incorrect information to our customer Mr. Sam Watts,  that was communicated by the original seller to us. Even though the vehicle is sold As Is" we didnt feel it was right to to misrepresent the car and Mr. Watts having to accept that. Mr. Watts agreed and signed a release stating it would be around 2000.00 to make it right. We agreed, sent the 2000.00 dollars and will go after the party that misrepresented it to us, instead of making the customer do that.
Mr watts was kind in saying that "Fleming's made it right" and that he was surpised a dealer would do that.
