Ray Flemming, Director of Flemming Cargo Claims Service, Inc. refuses to pay his outstanding balance with Recovery Services Group. Mr. Flemming is aware that this debt has been outstanding since Aug. 29, 2009, however, yet he continually refuses to acknowledge this financial obligation.
Numerous calls and messages for Ray Flemming have been placed, few of which have been returned. Furthermore, the staff of Ray Flemming and Flemming Cargo Claims Service have lied numerous times about keeping appointments to discuss or resolve as scheduled or returned an email to that effect.
The fact that a company can operate like this in this industry is unsettling. Ray Flemming and Flemming Cargo Claims Service, Inc. are in the process being called under review by all appropriate industry-related state and federal agencies to make sure they are more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills.

Hello My Name Is Ray Flemming,
I used to work with Matt Mankin and Brando Mankin and my office was at there office on Stemmons Freeway. FCCS was not making any money so I moved out of the office and was working from home. FCCS is still working however it is not longer making money. Matt and Brandon where not happy from CSI that I moved out and this is just a Move by Matt to try and do something to Me. If you look and CSI you will find that they have been in trouble beforre and this is what he does when he does not get his way. I am very sorry that I have to get you in the middle of something but I am not going to have something on my name that is not true. When I closed FCCS and moved it over to my new company everyone was paid by FCCS and i can proof so. Thankyou for your time.
