I called Fletcher Jones Mercedes looking for a particular used car. The agent verified that they have 3 of the exact model I was looking for. I specifically told her that I am not interested in any other car but this particular color with specific options. I even mentioned to her that I had to drive over 75 miles to get to them in order to make the purchase. She said I guarantee you we have the car and we will beat any price.
So my wife and I drive out there through traffic. It took us almost 2 hours to get there. Once we arrive and I ask the sales rep to show us the vehicle, he shows me a completely different car. I ask him again to show me the specific car in which I had called in for. He says that they don't have that car in stock. I ask for the representative I spoke to to come down and verify why the car she said they had 3 of in stock is no longer available. She wasn't willing to come out and meet with me.
I asked for the sales manager. The sales manager came out and couldn't explain to me why their marketing rep had promised that they had 3 vehicles in stock. I got very upset and told him that I wasn't interested in their bait and switch techniques. All in all I ended up wasting 5 hours with these people for no reason. They claim to be the number one dealer in the country and yet they lie and cheat people out of their time and money.
I wouldn't recommend any one purchase a vehicle from this dealership because they are crooks. They rob people with their deceiving marketing reps and salesman. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
