Complaint Review: Fletchers tire auto

Well I got sucker in on giving $149.99 of my hard earn money for this bull s**t joke a family pack oil change card. Every time I stop by they say sorry not today!!! So I call they say sorry all the call aheads are full.. ( it's only 8:15am) and they are all full... But the manager Ryan tells me if I can leave it they can have it done by the end of the day... It's 8:30am and We will have it done by 5:30pm he said....

Hello jacka** I need my car .. Good s**t it's only a oil change... I would hate to see if I need brakes or a wheel alignment... What you will need my car for a week or two....

This is what happens every time I ask fletchers to do my oil change... Big F Joke......

The other thing that makes me mad, every time fletchers do a oil change it alway leaks and I have to go back..

Also they say I need a air filter and cabin filter with a intake service...

So like a dumb s**t I fall for it all and say do it, and then 3months or 3k miles I go back and I need all the filters and intake service again.!!!!!

No way I said... I took it over to Big O Tires up the Street and they said both filters are ok and the air intake cleaning was clean and did not need any of the things fletchers said I did...

IIn my eye they are trying to make up for the free oil change... But it's not free dumb a** I payed $149.00 for 12 oil changes.... Big F----Joke

If this guy Tony calls you.. Run F**KEN RUN FAST.... he is g** and loves to pick up on mad customers....plus he lies right to your face.....
