 After purchasing this device online, I waited for three weeks before it was delivered. When I called to inquire when it would be delivered, I was answered with great hostility and a level of disrespect which was outrageous. How a person can treat a customer like this is beyond belief. When the piece finally arrived, it appeared dis colored and had teeth marks, yuck! I called the company to complain and was told that a new replacement would be sent out immediately, this was back in November. It is now early February and still no replacement. I will never order from this company again.
