On Wednesday, 2/13/2013, I applied for a specific job online, I was called and scheduled to come in on Friday, 2/15/2013.  I was never informed by Erin, the staffing consultant, that I needed a resume at that time, because she informed me that, 'unfortunately, we only have jobs that pay $8 an hour and at factory'. Oh, no! Don't give the job to her, (the office job) give it to our friends and favorites. (how I'm feeling at the time). On Wednesday, 2/20/2013, I reviewed their website and the same job for which I originally applied remained on their list of job openings. So I called to get clarification from what I was informed by Erin, and a Julie, who was defensive, and appearing suspicious to me made matters worse.
It is already hard out here, to even make an attempt to approach this company after going through this with their representatives on or around 1990's.  I was assigned to work in this factory (Assembly) and employer wanted to hire me to work in the office, this was after helping my supervisor with and office issue, and that was when he informed HR of my skills.  Here I was at this time assigned "again" to work in a factory, never missed a day, nor was ever late; my productivity was enormously high; and I called to inform Flex Team of the good news, and I was yelled at, and my assignment was ended; I couldn't believe how these people do certain people.  That was low down dirty. They don't ever have to worry about me ever stepping into their place of business ever again, which may be what Julie wanted in the first place.  But before I end this notice; and since Julie would not let me speak to whoever was over her, Youtube, rip-off report.com, and other exposing social media is going to know about YOU JULIE you liar! Whatever she lied to make it appear that it is my fault, that this "black woman" was threatening violence, or whatever her type (not saying a specific ethnicity, but her type as far as ignorant), because some of my people can be way out of line as well.   Will say anything to cover her misconduct, she will be exposed. I just needed a question answered and she was offended, treating me as if to say, what a lot of nerves to ask them about anything.  Julie establishes incompetence to me; and need disposed back to the dumpster. (sorry) Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me.  You got what you wanted people! (the guilty only) I gotcha, you only send certain people to certain jobs.

Important to know: When I called back to inquire about the job remaining on their listings, Julie was reluctant to answer simple questions.  Here is my question, you be the judge:

If a job remains on your listings, does that mean that it is still available, well Julie gave me a hard time with answering and I said, I will call back later because she was mean, rude, attempting to intimidate me, and I said I will call back, and she said don't call back; yet she called my home 3 minutes later, I didn't answer the phone.  I did not feel like playing what little girls like to play, games, when they are not in control of something.  So I pursued to get some more information about her superior, and the Canton office lied and would not give me names of who I can contact.

Attempting to Set the Record Straight on Her Experience

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Fri, December 23, 2016

Hi. Just recently saw this report about this woman’s experience with our agency, and it’s certainly discouraging that she felt so mistreated and disrespected by the people she dealt with here.

Our employees we assign to companies are our lifeblood – it’s certainly not a goal of Flex-Team to disrespect or make anyone feel undervalued or manipulated, and we strive to treat each potential employee who comes through our door with dignity, respect and kindness. We are very patient in our approach to temporary job placements.

We coach our workers and even help them with resume creations as needed. We attempt to place them in good positions that fit their skillsets and personalities, and we interview each candidate as well as tour the job sites in order to place individuals where they will fit in well and feel comfortable. With that said, many of our placements are in light industrial settings and not everyone enjoys those scenarios.

In this woman’s case, she went on to file an EEOC complaint against us. Upon investigation, the claim was dismissed because there were no facts to support the claim. The women she mentions by name who worked at Flex-Team are no longer employed by us – attitudes at the office are much-improved.

We’re sorry for this woman’s encounter, but we assure readers that her experience with Flex-Team is quite different from that of our employees today. If Gloria ever reads this reply, she can certainly contact us about establishing a job placement with us once again.

Thank you for allowing us to state our side of this incident!
