I purchased a 2002 Jaguar X Type with only 72,000 miles from FlexiLease in Aberdeen NJ. Upon my COMPLETE payment of the car (no financing) on the day I was receiving the vehicle, I was told the car had a check engine light on. The Manager informed me that he would not fix it(their sticker on the window claims the car has passed a rigid safety inspection, and it said the car was under warranty.) I took the car to Lomedico Motors whos an expert of over 20 years on Jaguars, he claimed the brakes on the car were completely wasted to the point of being dangerous (I have a 4 year old son) and that numerous sensors were out as well as I would need a new rear axle. I had to fork over $2,100.00 in repairs to this supposedly rigorously inspected vehicle. And that's not all! Lomedico Motors also informed me the ball joints as well as numerous air hoses will need to be replaced causing my check engine light to be on. I reported back to FlexiLease (they promised to front half of my repair bill for the Jaguar) and the Manager told me I can only give you $200-$300. I am disgusted by their business practices frankly, Even while being in their office numerous customers of theirs called saying their Lexus's and Acura's they purchased would not pass inspection. I will be taking them to court for selling me such a lemon!
