Flexshopper has no care for their customers. I am a caregiver for my mom, she got Delta, and was hospitalized and put into a medically induced comma because of it. As a caregiver, I don't get paid when my client is hospitalized. I called them immediately, they said I had 1 week. They expected me to have a job and a paycheck in 1 week. So I asked them to take my account off of autopay, they said they did.

Two weeks pass and I got a job but have not gotten my first check yet, I got a little bit of money for food and other necessities and before I could go out to get the necessities, I get a text from my bank saying that a charge from Flexshopper occurred, so I logged into my bank app and sure enough Flexshopper charged my account after telling me that autopay was turned off, leaving me and my family to suffer until I can get my first check.

This business has little to no care about the lives of you or your family.
