Complaint Review: Flexways

Flexways Commercial Left me stranded at airport, impossible to reach, canceled my reservation after I showed up Orlando Florida

Flexways was chosen when I used Priceline to arrange a rental car in Orlando. Flexways took my payment right away. Problems ensued immediately:

1. Attempt to change my pickup date by one day (Hurricane Helene) took nearly 2 hours, and required numerous phone calls. Eventually, I was left trying to speak to someone on a terrible internet phone connection, with whom I was unable to convey any information.

2. Attempts to call Flexways using both tel numbers in their email to me were futile: Phone rang forever, then switched to a voicemail box that was always "Full."

3. Following exact instructions in above-mentioned email, I appeared at the designated shuttle pick up location at Orlando Airport. I waited nearly 1 hour for a shuttle, before having to pay for a cabto my hotel.

4. When I reached Flexways, it was a near repeat of #2 before finally reaching someone,  who spoke little English, on a terrible internet phone connection, with whom I was unable to convey any information.

5. Shortly after ending that call, I was called by Flexways on a clear line. I explainde the absence of the airport  shuttle. Flexways rep said that was impossible, that Flexways shuttle appears every 15 minutes. I maintained that it had not shown up for nearly an hour before i was forced to take a cab. She said i was wrong.

6. She provided me with the addess of the Flexways pickup location on Narcoossee Road, Orlando.

7. I showed up the next day to collect my rental car. In the midst of complaining to the manager about the absent shuttle, he canceled my reservation on the spot and told me to go find another rental company. Leaving me stranded at their location.
