Flighthub FlightHub is fraudulent. Bought a ticket + refund/cancellation policy. Tried to get a refund because traveller wont make the flight, was told the policy meant travel credit refund not actual credit card refund. Bitter but agreed to that since according to them I could use to purchase a new ticket for a later date. They charged me $100 for cancellation. Now i want to buy another ticket with my flight credit, flighthub says ticket is $1,047 and on their site it is $637. I asked them to show me where they $1,047 is displayed on their site, agent is quiet and says she just knows that is the amount they can sell to me! This is wickedness, lack of transparency and evil! I bought a return ticket from Washington Dc to Regina for $686.39cad +$20 refund /cancellation policy. I needed to change the ticket because my cousin could not make it for that flight. I called to cancel the flight, they said the policy can only do flight credit refund, meaning i had to use the flight credit to purchase ticket for the same person on a later date. I paid $100 to cancel the payment. I saw a 'good' deal on flighthub today March 16th and tried using the 'flight credit' to purchase another ticket for my cousin but the site wont go beyond 'searching for available flights', I called their customer service line and was told I needed to pay almost $500 + my $686.39 flight credit to get another ticket. As at the time i spoke to the agent, the price on flighthub for the flight was $637. I asked the agent why I am to pay almost $500 more, she said because the flight is $1,000+. I asked her to show me where she is seeing this price because what I see on their website is $637. According to her, the price she was quoting can only be seen at the backend, they dont have it displayed for the public. Flighthub did not tell me prices for people using flight credit is higher than the prices displayed online. I have never felt this cheated in my life and I have never seen such a thing before. This is my first and last time using flighthub and i will make sure others don't have to encounter a first bitter experience. The company is fraudulent! Total money I will be spending now to have my cousin visit me is almost $1,300, we started from $686.39 and mischievously here we are. I never bargained for this! I have receipts and screenshots of all my transactions with this fraudulent company!

I had to buy a completely new ticket, i could not use the flight credit ($666.40) as I needed to pay $700 more to use it at 1:00am today. Whereas a new ticket is $650. Disturbing lessons learnt!
