My boyfriend and I attended a 3hr. seminar that flip advantage was presenting. We listened to the speaker (Steve something) go on and on about how easy and simple it was to make money flipping houses and more importantly not use your own money (that right there is enough to entice anyone). Well my boyfriend was a skeptic from the start, but he knew how badly I wanted a change, so we signed up for the 3 day seminar in Boston to the tune of $1,997.

All promises were broken, it wa just a fast talking motivational speaker name Greg Kazimer (very good at motivating). He really talked like he's been in the business of realestate forever, seemed like he knew the ins and outs of it. Oh and by the way his full name was only spoken when he was introduced then we just called him Kaz. No where on the seminar booklets/papers did they have him or any of the team members nameslisted (hard to google).

I ended up asking 2 different "team members" his name got his first name from one and his last from the 2nd (but she didn't say it clearly and said she couldn't spell it).  We did not sign up for any of the packages they were selling, we figured if we didn't get what we were promised the first go around then we were pretty sure they would fall short again on providing what was promised.

Alot people signed up and I really hope it works for them, oh if you signed up for any of the package by the end of the 2nd day, on the 3rd day  along with your tag came a VIP sticker you stuck to yourself so others would feel uncomfortable and feel like they were missing out.  Toward the end of the 3rd day Tarek actually called and chated with us through video.

Please do not buy into this it is a huge scam!

I also attended one of the same seminar in texas. My speaker was David friyer so full of himself and his black AMEX.  Im amex is loving that negativee atattention.

Anyway I did not purchase any of the extra so called classes. Wbere they assure you that you will not fair.  Those didn't were treated very rudely.  Called us losers go back to our couches watching others make money that couch potatoes only dream about.

Promised a 500,000 line of credit which was a joke.  The fees etc.  Best part having you raise seed money 50,000.00 go apply for credit card as well.  Bankrate.com .   call your friends family.  They didn't  Care just get it. This way you  can buy that 43.000.00 pkg to make a trip to  Vegas meet the stars  be sold more things.

Run from this group Tarek and christina are now millimillionaires from all the cdape being sold.   What are tbsye teaching their daughter.  You can find all kinds of YOU TUBE videos that show and tell the same thing.  I went due needing money for my deals.   I'll find it on my own.

Good luck to those ppurchased and forward wr them.
