I placed an order on Nov 2, 2017 for a dog bed with a 6-9 day delivery. After 2 weeks without the dog bed, I chatted and emailed and was told item was damaged and sent back to manufacturer and that I would receive item on Dec 1 and it would not be any later. When I asked if they had the tracking number, I was told yes, but they would not provide it. It is now Dec 2 and I still do not have item. Order status states completed, which means, according to their website, that item is ready to be shipped and when shipped would provide a tracking number. So according to this, item has still not shipped. I googled the company and saw several ripoff reports. The reports had the same scenario as mine. I have contacted my credit card company. I sent another email to the company today, Dec 2.

 I agree flip the trend is definately a rip off I also love in Florida in Port Richey I ordered a dog bed on Nov 14th I have sent 3 messages to them with no response at all and here it is Dec 12th and still no dog bed. This was a way I could give my dogs a Special gift as I am disabled and don’t have extra money to splurge. So I am very disappointed and I would highly recommend stay clear of this company.
