I placed an order for 3 dog beds on 10/12 and then another on 10/20 for an additional 3 dog beds. The website stated to allow up to 9 days for delivery. I never received the items so on 10/23 I contacted them vis chat to ask about the status of my order. At that time i was informed that due to the demand, orders were delayed and that my orders would be shipped out by the end of the week which was 10/27. On 10/27, I contacted them again via chat and was told the same thing and also that a batch of the beds had been damaged but that they would be shoipped out by the end of the week which was 11/5. I contacted them again for the last time via chat upset as you can imagine and was told that they would issue a refund after I infromed them I would be filing a complaint against them with the BBB, FTC, and Consumer Protection Agency. The agent then told me I would need to contact the Cyber Crimes Unit since they are an online store. Ultimately, they claimed they issued a refund that I should receive within 10 days. It is now 11/30 and neither the refund or the beds have been received. I now have to dispute with my bank to get the funds back. Do not order from this company!! They are a scam!!
