Followed a link from Facebook that stated free dog bed, you pay shipping and handling of $4.99. Placed my order on November 22, 2017, credit card was charged, and as of today (3/4/2018) still haven't received product. I did send an inquiry for an order update and have pasted the reponse below along with my receipt...the heading on my order update came from "live chat" on 12/9/2017 @ 10:38 am. E-mail address is bogus.
