Flip the Trend Took my money and never received product

I ordered December 19, 2017.  I was promised my order before the end of December.  The second week of January 2018 I contacted costumer service and told them I was mad.  They emailed me back saying it was an over whelming response to the product  and they were waiting on a new shipment to come in.  By the end of January  I emailed them again told them I wanted a refund.  No response.  Now the website doesn't exsist!!
