We started working with Federal Loan Modification Law Center in Jan. of 2009. Thankfully we only decided to work on our second mortgage since it was a lower initial cost ($1500) and not both which would have put us about $5,000 invested which there was no way we could have afforded. We had already depleted our 401k plans to make our monthly payments and keep our 'underwater' home and attempt to retain decent credit. We closed out the remaining 401k account to put ourselves in a better monthly situation by investing it into this loan modification program. Bad gamble to date. Still struggling and now out $1,495 hurts a lot. We have attempted to contact FLM Law mulitiple times via email and phone for a full refund and have not received a single phone call or response. We have reported to the BBB. If anyone could give feedback on our next steps would be great.

If anyone wants to show up on the doorsteps with media, picketing and demanding refunds with Sheriff in tow I would be happy to do what it takes to start the process.

If you had checked the ripoff report, you would have avoid this; Talk to the attorney before paying!!!

Facts: Most modification firms do not even have an attorney involved in your claim, they use processors who do what you can do yourself.
Very few attorneys have mortgage litigation experience using them is kind off like have a general practioner do heart surgery, they heard about but couldn't and wouldn't be able to do it
A good attorney will tell you that the best attorney for the job is one that has litigated in the field which he works.
Bottom line, ask the attorney the names and court cases he has litigated. Don't let him say "thats confidential", civil cases are pubilic information. If he can't name em, go on to the next.
Mr. and Ms. Irvine, you can contact me for help at loanmodwatch the address is at the google mail system.
Plus copy your claim to; your senator, congressman, Jerry Brown AG, the ftc, the bbb. These people need to be convicted of felonies so they cannot harm you nieghbors, they are Bill Anz, Boaz Minister, Jack Soussana.
