Floor & Decor Floor & Decor Sold a defective product The Colony Texas
I purchased over 1500 sq ft. of Bamboo flooring from Floor & Decor. Followed the acculamation instructions, used the proper moisture barrier glue and noticed cupping within 30-days of installation. About two to three months latter the hardwood began to buckle. Notified Floor & Decor and they sent out an inspector that pretty much has said the same thing that other people have written on this site. After further research and investigation, I have found out that most other flooring stores here in North Texas refuse to carry and install Bamboo flooring. Floor & Decor should be held responsible for continuing to sell this defective product; that is very risky without warning to the customer.
