Floor & Decor Refund Policy Stinks!!! Lakeland Florida
Purchased 50 boxes of Natural Prestige #26385 wood laminate flooring for a large remodeling project Dec 03 2014 from the Lakeland Floor & Decor. Finished and tried to return 5 unused boxes of laminate 01/21/2015. The store manager said NO REFUNDS after 30 days! How many people finish large projects in 30 days! I am guessing they do VERY FEW refunds! They are certainly NOT like (((competitors' names redacted))) who have a fantastic return policy. I will give them no more of my business. Now I am stuck with $188.64 worth of boxed unused laminate I do no need...
