This company started my flooring project on 2/14/2012 and this is how the events unfolded:
- Tore out tile from the kitchen, hallway, 3 bathrooms (1st day)
- Removed old motar (day 2 and day 3)
- Started to lay tile (day 4)
- Day 5 I advised them tile was warped and needed to be replaced
- Day 6 no work done
- Day 7 complained to company (no work done)
- Day 8 tile rep agreed tile was defective and ordered more tile (no work done)
- Day 9 tile arrived and was worse than the first batch (no work done)
- Day 10 the company argued with me that I had to go to a different grout size (mask defective tile ?) (no work done)
- Day 11 no work done
- Day 12 reinstalled downstairs toilet (no other work done)
- Day 13 no work done
- Day 14 company ordered more tile (no work done)
- Day 15 started to install tile upstairs
