Complaint Review: Flooring 2day LLC

Completely wasted my time. I described exactly what I was looking for based off the advertisement from Flooring 2day, LLC. Once I arrived to their showroom everything changed. The carpet and tile choices in the advertisement just all of a sudden were no longer available and the sales staff quickly began showing me product completely out of the price range their ads guaranteed. After wasting hours of my time based off Flooring 2day's broken promises they convinced me to take a free in-home estimate and they would bring me the product they originally promised. After their persuasive discount techniques we agreed on a time. The following day their sales person called and canceled appointment 30 minutes after the 6pm time we agreed upon. They completely forgot about me and only remembered when I called. Probably the worst sales experience I have ever had! Thank you Flooring 2day for breaking all your promises, the false advertisement, and the time I will never get back!
