Flooring & Kitchen Cabinets 4 Less appears to be a reputable family owned and operated business. It is anything but that. The owner Romeo Villegas is a con artist, liar, and thief. Don't fall for his presentation. Nice, knowledgeable, trustworthy. You walk into his show/sales room. You see a variety of kitchen cabinets, granite counter samples, and floors. You may also see his wife working as a sales rep. And his kids behind the counter doing homework. He gives you great product pricing. Tells you he has installers available to complete the installation. Tells you what they charge. And tells you a 1-2 week time frame for product arrival. You get a warm fuzzy feeling. You think.. wow!!! This is just what I've been looking for. So you pick your product. Pay for it. And that's where the nightmare begins. We paid $4,500 for kitchen cabinets and granite. It took Romeo 3 months of mistakes and bad orders on his part. For us to finally get the correct size and color cabinets. Even though we paid in full on day one. He gave me a low price per cabinet install. And a low price per granite install. But when the installers showed up. Their pricing was higher then what Romeo told me. When I contacted him regarding the pricing. He said he "thought" that's what they charged. Really??? And your stuck paying a higher price. Which we did for the cabinets. The granite that arrived was not the granite that we chose. So I denied the delivery. Turns out his store sample was more than 3 years old. We have him on phone audio/video recording admitting it's old and no longer available. But refuses to refund our money for the granite. Stated the warehouse won't give him an exchange. Unbelievable!!! So we recently filed a formal complaint with the NV BBB. And the NV State Attorney General Office. Division of Consumer Affairs. We're making the local public aware of his business practices through social media. Google, Yelp, Face Book, Rip Off Report.com, etc. Once the reports are completed from those agencies. We're going to take civil action against him and his business.
