Complaint Review: Floors Today

Purchased flooring from Marietta, GA Floors Today store on July 30. Two weeks later store went out of business. Tried to deal with corporate office to pick up merchandise in Florida (next closest store). They were impossible to deal with, would not return calls, would not give me a straight answer for weeks. Finally, I asked for my money back. They said they would not refund my money, I had to dispute it through my credit card company! The rudest, most dishonest and unporfessional business I have ever dealt with.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form.
