DO NOT BUY from this online shoe store www.floracosta.pt!!!!!  They ripped me off out of $550!!! I paid the owner or manager Ruben Soares or whatever he is! $550 through western union for four pairs of shoes that he claimed to be selling on his site TWO MONTHS AGO!! After promising to ship me the shoes I bought after 3 days. After several ongoing excuses he. Has stopped responding back to my emails. I have tried every way possible to get in contact with this company but they are ignoring me completely! After stealing my money!

PLEASE WHATEVER YIU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE www.floracosta.pt! Don't let the site fool you. ITS NOTHING BUT A SHAM! THEY WILL STEAK YOUR MONEY! NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING AND THEN IGNORE YOU! I have yet to receive anything and they have stopped responding back to my emails. $550 thrown in the garbage. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. Please do not let what happen to me happen to you. PLEASE DO BOT BUY ANTHINGGGGG FROM THEM! UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY IN THR TRASH .

We verify the existence of this false complaint by a potential customer of the company.

We were not notified, we were not informed what it takes to be a lie on the Internet.

We are being accused of having received € 500.00. What Ms. Samantha Wiggins or May says is not true. PayPal was returned by the values it transferred.

Our company was hired to develop 3 shoes and not the purchase of existing shoes.

 

The person responsible for hiring our services, is identified as May and not Samantha Wiggins.

Our services were hired by Ms. May, with the following conditions:

 

• Development of technical drawings

• Development of molds

• Development of forms

• Selection of materials

• Sample Shoe Construction

 

Conditions which were agreed by e-mail at a cost of € 265.00 for 3 models, with payment terms of 50% in advance to be given beginning the work.

To start the development of the shoe mold and last it was necessary selected materials and hells.

It also needs to be a full explanation of costumer ideas to the models be developed.

The technical drawings were developed by our company and sent to the client.

 

Materials that Ms. May wanted to use came from Spain.

The materials coming from Spain were ordered by Ms. May and received at our company more than one month after we completed data sheets models Ms. May.

The materials purchased by Ms. May did not have to do with the initial models that it had submitted and that forced to our company make changes of the early and hired models.

 

It was then developed new technical drawings.

With the development of new technical drawings completion time of the samples is prolonged.

The change models, requires a renewed and harmful work our company.

Ms. May began using an improper and offensive vocabulary.

 

In view of this, our company advises that did not intend to continue to work more with the client, before this uncertainty, lack of communication, it takes on the sending of materials, constant changes and verbal abuse.

Our work to date would have to be paid and we were not willing to work with Ms. May.

 

It was forwarded the materials received to Spain, to the address that is indicated for Ms. May.

Never was request to Ms. May to send something to USA, and never was given to Ms. May false traking number.

The material was send by the company CTT, Correios de Portugal.

The order was delivered in Spain and never returned our company.

 

We are being accused of having received € 500.00. What Ms. Samantha Wiggins or May says is not true. PayPal was returned by the values it transferred.

 

Ms. May identifying himself as a representative of YKKLabel transferred € 160.00 + € 152.00. It was returned € 160.00 through Paypal.

The € 152.00 that were not transferred was to pay for services performed to date.

The complaint nothing is true and attempts to defame our company without any legitimacy:

 

• Do not bought three existing shoes. Hired to develop 3 shoes.

• The money was transferred by Pay Pal

• Never was told that the models were shipped in 5 working days.

• It was never sent anything to the customer and so was never sent a false tracking number.

• Never was hired DHL

• He was sent back to Spain the materials that Ms. May sent.

• Was returned through Pay Pal 50% of that May had sent.

• Never dealing any business with Fanta Keita

 

Faced with this I appreciate a conclusion of this process as soon as possible.
