Complaint Review: florabella/speaking roses utah

Contacted speaking roses in nov 2017, from my first contact on had been pressured, blackmailed into paying deposit, threatened that they wouldnt deal with me after xmas if i hadnt paid them money, scaremongered that the prices would go up, even sent emails stating "sorry you missed out on our offers" ... having checked their packages recently their costs did not go up...corrupt sales tactics from idiots and nothing else! I did foolishly pay £6k for a package which took over a week to come, when it did i recieved 1 cardboard box with 1 cheap piece of apparatus consisting of a piece of plastic/aluminium and a spring, with a total value of $50... I reported to them and got no official reply, they sneakily tried to "call" which i stopped straight away and demanded email contact to support my case...they refused, the only reply ive got is "handing over to our legal team" but in 3days now no reply or notice from anyone! Blatantly thieving with no care or consideration for even their own supposed reputation... They think because i am irish im going to roll over, il leave that to Beethoven! I am making this complaint to warn people...val ventriglia and his money grabbing wench tracy ventriglia are ill educated con artists...beware
