Complaint Review: Floral Park Design Center Ltd.

This company is not good on following up on their work. I wood flooring installed in two rooms and was happy with the installation, but now gaps have developed between some of the wood plank flooring. I contacted the company and I was informed they would return and take care of this. 

Since this promise, I have made several attempts to get the company out, but to no avail. What makes a company great is not just the inital work done, but the follow-up actions it takes if necessary; this reflects on the company. I cannot reccommend this company to anyone.
