Flord Agency substituted a totally different magazine title from the one I ordered and refuse to refund my money Delray Beach, Florida
On May 31st, 2010 two college boys came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I normally would not order -but they seemed so sincere and claimed they needed to earm money to continue their studies. I ordered a year's subscription to Bird Watcher's Digest. Two months later, I got a magazine called "Bird Talk" in the mail, a magazine directed towards bird owners, not bird watchers. I have absolutely no interest in this magazine and am very angry that Flord Agency refuses to give me a refund. I have written to them two times and have been told that they have the right to substitute magazine titles.
