Florence Scovel Jewelry Charged my card and didn't ship the items order Internet

I order some items on 12/9  They immediately charged my credit card. I was told the same as other that they would ship in 4 - 5 days and could track the shipment after 3.  I have had the same information on the USPS tracking page. A label had been created.  I have emailed them several times and get a canned response from them. I tried to call the phone number I had and it said for Customer Service press one..... It then tells you to email them again.
