On March 2, 2013 I placed an online order for a product through the Florida Armory website. The site indicated that the item was in stock and I received a payment confirmation within minutes of my purchase. On March 4th I sent an e-mail to confirm that the order was being processed; I got no response. On March 8,2013 I sent another e-mail asking if the order was being processed and to verify that Florida Armory had the necessary FFL information to ship my order I got an e-mail stating they had the info but got no answer about when the item would ship,. On March 11, 2013 I sent another e-mail and left a phone message but got no response to either one.

This company misleads consumers through their web site by advertising items as being in stock. They obviously do not have the items on hand that they advertise and do not have customer service! I would not recommend anyone to place an order through this company and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in a few minutes as well. The Florida Attorney General's Office should investigate this company since they deal in firearms and do not conduct business in a fair way.

Stay away from Florida Armory in Miamai and do not order anything through their web page.
