Melissa Davis will prolong paying you money she OWES you. I was an employee for almost a year and she could never pay on time so I found other employment. I haven't worked there in almost 2 months and my last check was due April 5th. It's now May 3rd and all I keep getting is a run around from her. Now she is telling me that she is deducting money from my check for "neglect" I SUPPOSEDLY did to the company while I worked there. I am done playing her games and have contacted an attorney. Do not work for Melissa Davis. Her checks bounce every other pay period. She treats her employees like crap. Telling them they are the reason she has no money to pay them when they are the ones out there working 100 hours every two weeks for minimum wage just so she has money to pay her bills. She doesn't care about her employees or the pain and bullsh* she puts them through. The labor board does nothing but "tell her to pay"... which doesn't work. She needs to be shut down. If she owes you money, you need to take her to small claims court. Put her through the same bullsh* she puts everyone who works for her through.

The first posting is from a former employee who was well taken care of, he took advantage of the system, he was always paid and clocked 50 hours of overtime a week, while only completing a couple jobs a day, that should have taken 2 hours, yet clocked in for 12, and he was paid for all of it, blew the engine in a new work truck after the first week due to getting it stuck in the mud and burning it till it overheated and threw a rod, I paid for this, this was his neglaiance, bought numerous tools with company credit card not needed, for his own benefit, and when he quit, he did not quit, he disappeared and never heard from him till he decided he wanted a check. He has had charge back after charge back for poor work performance and damaging items, as well as stealing from these job sites. His post is really a joke, and I assure you there are no pendng law suits. Please go to our facebook and see his photos and tell me if he looks unhappy or not paid to you. The 2nd post, Mandi, yes she is going to court because she has a felony pending, she did accounting for 3 weeks for the company, and when she quit, she decided to take a company check and write herself a check 2 weeks after she was no longer working there, to herself and cashed it. We filed charges against her, and that is why she is going to court, there was never a stop payment on any check, she cashed this forged check and we are going to court to recover the money. Please contact me direct if anyone has any questions about these ridiculous posts, and I will give you the real facts. This website is a rip off anyway and is a Jerry Springer episode. Anyone can post anything they want, and they charge you $2500.00 to get it off, it is ridiculous and needs to be shut down itself!

I too am an ex employee of florida asset rehab and I am currently going to court due to melissa davis putting a stop payment on my payroll check from July of 2013 !! She still owes me past pay and for the check she has put a stop payment on.
Anyone with the same problems please contact me , there are also contractors that are trying to pull together for a class action suit agaisnt Melissa davis and florida asset rehab, and central florida property maint.
