However, several elderly Florida citizens have complained to her, repeatedly, about a Florida roofer, who has been seemingly derfrauding mostly elderly widow-type ladies for roofing. Ms. Moddy refuses to investigate this roofers activities, yet, while still pretending to be a consumer and anti-fraud advocate to the voters and citizens of Florida.
She is neither, according to all research done on this roofers complaints to her alledged office by victims of this roofer. Even her staff are still doing roofing business with this roofer ( as evidenced by audio and video recordings).
