The Florida Bar has committed a cover-up of corruption and denial of a complatiant's civil rights in denying the proper investigation of a staff employee who broke the law. The Florida Bar has knowingly allowed a CORRUPT attorney to review consumer complaints resulting in corrupt outcomes from the reviews.
This has ben going on for a long time and the BAR Directors have been aware of the legitimate complaint for a LONG time but have allowed "good old boy" politics to reign through the BAR's ACAP office. There is no relief to stop this CORRUPTION.
There has been GREAT damage done on the part of The Florida Bar's Actions. This is a DIRECT CONFLICT of the very charter of the Florida Bar and its By-laws.
There is a denial of the complaintants' civil rights the way this complaint has been handled. The complaintant has suffered a great loss from the misconduct of the Florida Bar's blatant and cruel actions.
The Florida Bar needs to undergo a full restructuring and a TOTAL relearning of what the by-laws are of the Bar Association.
Mr William Wilhelm needs to have his license REVOKED for the act of Fiduciary Breech to a Client, Reimburse the Client for her losses he caused with his illegal actions, and serve jail time for the covering up/denial of these actions. Mr Harkness should be in the next jail cell for propagating the Bar's cover-up. All Attorney's who touched the complaint need Suspension of their licenses and REMEDIATION of the bylaws of the BAR....Please contact the complaintant for all of the proof this has happened.
The file should still be available for review....the complaintant has other documents to share to prove the corrupt and illegal actions, first on the part of William Wilhelm, then followed by the actions of Mr Harkness, and then by the ACAP office.
The Florida Bar has been very cruel in their actions.

There is still descrepancy in the legal system to accept that the florida bar illegally protected an attorney who harmed their client. That the Florida bar played games to protect an attorney who blatantly injured their client is pathetic at best.
That the ACAP Office continues to seek out excuses to protect the breaking of thier very own rules is also pathetic. The Bar operates on protecting its own integrity first (cant let the state of florida's attorneys look as bad as they really are) and then it protects the attorneys...the bar does not care about an individuals due process being destroyed by an attorneys misconduct.
When it gets to the point that an attorney colludes with a judge to then break the law and the florida bar AGAIN PROTECTS THE ATTORNEY'S BLATANT MISCONDUCT THAT SUPPORTS FRAUD ON THE COURT (which is the worst form of fraud there is)-- there is a real problem with the Florida Bar being able to fairly/honestly/ethically police itself. ONE MORE CHANCE FOR THE FLORIDA BAR TO DO THE RIGHT THING--LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS...
