Florida Center of Corperations Asking for a registration fee for a recently formed LLC Davie, Florida
Received a letter from "Florida Center of Corporations" requesting a fee of $54.47 to complete final registration of my LLC. Interested in the mailing address of Davie, Fl vs Tallahassee which is where most Florida registrations are generated. Researched and found scam reports of line asking for the same fee mailed to the same city. Only difference is they have changed their mailing address to a PO box vs a street address.
