The company named Florida Center of Corporations, sent me a letter requesting a final filling fee for a certificate of status with florida for our company. However, the letter had no detailed info about the company and it was not from the florida secretary of state like all the other information about certificates has been. It almost looked legit except for a few detailes they missed that got them caught. If anyone ever gets mail like this, check with the secretary of state itself to ensure legitimant. Never send this company money.
