Complaint Review: Florida Center of Corporations

I received a one page letter from the "Florida Center of Corporations" claiming that I "have one step left to complete articles of incorporation" and obtain my "certified document."   I very recently filed a new LLC company and registered with the State of Florida.  This letter has an attached invoice for $45.72 and claims that I must pay this in order to become certified and complete my company registration with the State of Florida.  It states that "processing time for the certified document takes 7-14 business days."  I have verified that this is indeed a scam by this company that just recently became registered with the State of Florida themselves in early February 2013.  I have reported to the Florida Attorney General's office.  I hope noone sends them any money!
