I Received a bogus looking letter from "Florida Center of Corporations" claiming that I "have one step left to complete articles of incorporation" and obtain my "certified document." I recently filed for an S Corp and registered with the State of Florida. The letter has an invoice for $45.72 and claims that I must pay this in order to become certified and complete my company registration with the State of Florida. There are no Florida seals and the letter contained multiple font types. The letter looked more like an "official" ransom letter. The post mark is out of Miami, Florida. SCAM!
