Received a bootleg letter from "Florida Center of Corporations" claiming that I "have one step left to complete articles of incorporation" and obtain my "certified document." I recently filed for an S Corp and registered with the State of Florida. The letter has an invoice for $54.47 and claims that I must pay this in order to become
certified and complete my company registration with the State of Florida. There are no seals. The post mark is out of Davie, Florida.
