Been waiting for a shutter I had orderd almost a year ago, and to no avail. I have tried many times to get answers and the excuses were many, then there was no communication at all. At the time the designer, Troy King came and measured and asked for a 60 percent down payment, which I gave him some in cash the rest by check. Im retired and on a tight budget, and cannot afford to absorb this loss. All I want is the product ordered or my $414.79 returned to me immediately.
