Dennis Maxwell is known to sell property's, he legally has no right to sell. Purchased a home from him. 4 years later, he hasn't filed the property deed. He falsied documents, by having them notorized, 4 years later. Failed to disclose major electrical repairs needed to the house. Failed to repair things, he claimed he would. He has resold this same house 6 times. Currently has it up for rent, while we are the legal owners of the house.
