A message was left on my home phone for my brother-in-law to contact the company. No company name was given, just a number and an extention. When my husband called and asked for Bill William (contact name left) he asked what is was regarding. "Bill" was verbally combattive, and hung up the phone threatening to "report you (my husband) to the courts for witholding information" My husband called back 3 times, each time "Bill" was rude, insulting and threatening, refusing to say where her was calling from.

I then called the 800 number and when I enquired from the receptionist who the company was she stated "we're an answering service ma'am - I can't tell you who the company is but I can transfer you to a supervisor." She then transferred me to a Robert Mills. I asked him if he would be kind enough to inform me who the company was, at which he presently quite pleasantly, telling me he would "look into the file".

I explained that it was my home number being called, and that I was not comfortable giving out any details to people over the phone. He then transferred me to "Bill" who started again to threaten me with court action! Bill was yelling something like - "look - you can make this easy for yourself by just giving me the information - stop making a mountain out of a molehill" I asked that this company not call me again.

I ended the call and called back the number, asking again for the supervisor . The call went to "Bill" who said he was Robert, but I recognised his distinctly different voice and he started all over again. I politely asked where he got my private number and he would not answer. I stated that I was not obligated to give out numbers or information to strangers, but "Bill" implied that I would have legal ramification, and was verbally trying to bully me again. I terminated the call.

I then searched the 800 number online and was able to file this report,
