Florida Gun Works ripoff no shipment of order no repsonse to requests for information regarding order Miami Florida
I ordered a German Muaser from floridagunworks.com. I received an email stating that they would ship my order in 1-3 weeks. They charged my credit card for the purchase on 12/10/04. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not received shipment. I have written them 4 emails and have not received any responses. I have also left messages on their answering machine at the phone number listed above. Also, no response. I have contacted my credit card company and am in the process of filing a disputed charges claim. They checked the ripoffreport.com and recommended that I check the site myself. I really appreciate their help and the information on this website.

After almost seven weeks I received the rifle I ordered from Florida Gunworks. I believe that it was only shipped after I sent them an email informing them that I had file a dispute with my credit card company. They know that the dispute has to be filed within 60 days of the date of the transaction. I won't do any more business with this company and I don't recommend them to any one else.

I fianlly received an email response from someone named Amanda at Florida Gunworks. She said my order should have been sent out weeks ago. She asked if I had sent in a signed copy of my FFL. I sent an email reply stating that I had sent a signed copy of mt FFL to Florida Gunworks last October and that I still have not received the collector rifle that I ordered. I asked if she could provide the shipping tracking number so that I could see it the shipper had lost it on the way. I'm waiting to see if I get a response from her.
