We purchased a vacation package from this company, for which we paid $600USD to book our package. The package included all of the following:

2 day star passes to Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure
$500 Savings Coupon Book
3 days & 2 nights in Orlando, Florida
3 days & 2 nights of ocean-front accommodations on
Cocoa Beach
Passes to Sterling Casino Cruise
5 days & 4 nights on the beach in Cancun, Mexico.

In fact they were going to help us with the purchase of our air tickets and the cost of our accommodations. We had one year to redeem our package and when we called to redeem our vacation, we were surprised that the telephone provided was out of service.

We tried to contact Silver Lake Resorts, which is the company which we booked our accommodations and they said that Florida Incentives never gave them the $600.00, but that they did have a contract with them six months ago. The resort agent informed us that Florida Incentives should not have taken our money, if they had already made a decision to close.

The agent suggested to report them to the Better Business Bereau. Florida incentives, took our money and then filed for bankruptcy. Who knows how much money they kept collecting after they knew that they were going to close their compnay down.
