VICTORY!!! After a month I got my money back. I filed reports with the BBB and Department on Consumer Services who contacted Florida Passport. I also called Florida Passport twice and threatned to file a police report and sue. I did also call the Attorney General. I feel keeping on top of things and being determined to not let them get away with anything really helped. I am going to list all of my contacts to help those who are still getting the run around from these scam artists. I really feel that it was the information on this site that helped me.

First I called the BBB and filed a report. This is very important since it stays on file and may help other people. They will contact the company and make an effort to get your money back. This can be done on the phone or online.

I was told the manager was Melissa Russell but I never got to talk with her. She must work like a dog because I never got to talk to her(grin). I was told they could only process a request for a refund not give one. I also called Travel Agency Network(same place). They were the ones whon ended up sending my money back. The address is the same as Florida Passport. I cant find where I put the number. The BBB shound know or do a search online. Keep on these people and do not be nice. Keep a record of names and numbers. Also get a copy of the electronic check used. Good Luck everyone. I hope consumers like us stop them.
