I received a phone call on February 15, 2005, that because I used my Visa card during the holidays that I won a free vacation. All I had to do was look over the package that they will send me, and under no obligations what so ever, choose my free vacation destination from Caribean Cruise Lines or Royal Caribean Cruises.

So when 7 to 10 business days later, I received my said packages. I looked them over and found out that I would be billed $149.00 automatically from my checking account by March 1, 2005, if I did not cancell this program.

So I called 1 (888) 612-2894, on February 28, 2005. A man by the name of Cliff Collins answered the phone. I told him I wanted to cancell this program. He tried to insist that I try the program for a few days. I said NO 100 or more times.

He finally gave me a cancellation code of C02FP2C8. I asked several times if this will not be pulled out of my account. Several times he stated no mame, all you have to do is call back with this cancellation number of CO2FP2C8 if this should happen.

Well I called back today March 7, 2005. And I could not get anybody on the telephone. I am very upset that this money was taken out of my account after I said no. No Means NO. I was literally raped out of $149.00. This money was suppose to move my family to Florida. But now I'm staying here in Arizona and cancelling my checking account and savings accounts, my phone number will be changed and my address will be changed.
