Florida Shuttle Transportation Unprofessional service , Internet
I booked a ride on nov. 2012 between Miami Intl airport and Vero Beach, as I landed, called 3 times at the tlf nr. on the contract but nobody answered, just a record.
They just didn't come to pick me up; after 1hr waiting one of his drivers past through but nobody told him to pick me up, and he didn't go to VeroBeach instead Orlando airport, so i waited more 1 hr, but nobody came.
Finally after waiting 2 hrs, I have to take a taxi and payed 400 dollars. I claimed this amount and they only returned me back the fee i paid, and no one apology!
